Ack! We had to learn to butcher them ourselves - my job was plucking them - and let's just say it gave me a brand new appreciation for chicken butchers! And missionaries! I looked it up and saw there was one in Waco, but I wasn't sure if that's where you would be or if there was another one that I missed.
