I walked home from the project and Jon followed a few minutes later with the girls in the van. While making dinner, I looked out the window and was thoroughly confused to see this.
“Why is Jon driving all over our yard?"
I didn’t have to wonder for long. Little J was gleefully at the wheel. “I’m DRIVING!”
Jon later told me he casually mentioned to the girls, “Hey, do you want to drive?” and before he could blink, they sprung into action, Little A climbed into the passenger seat and declared, “I’m Mama and already buckled” as Little J maneuvered her way onto Jon’s lap while loudly yelling, “Ok, I’ll be daddy, let’s turn on some music!"
Adjusting the “mirror"
Zelalem stopped them and asked to ride along, cheering the girls on in their first driving endeavors.
Five-year olds are some of my favorite people.

haha, love it! Jon's a fun dad, your girls are hysterical and Zelalem must be brave. :)
